This system is so easy to use and super convenient to book all your future appointments. You will receive notifications of upcoming appointments, and it allows you to manage or reschedule all your appointments on the app.
We will, however, still be taking whatsapp, email, and phone call bookings for those who prefer not to use the app.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us at least 24-hour notice. This allows for other clients to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Any appointments that are set as a ‘no show’ will be subject to a fee of the full amount of the scheduled service(s).
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client’s appointment is not delayed. If you are more than 15-minutes late, and we cannot fit in the scheduled treatment(s), we will have to reschedule your appointment to another day, and this will result in a fee of the full amount of the scheduled service(s).
